Financial Arrangements
At the time of your initial visit, your treatment plan will be established along with an estimate of fees. All the fees must be paid prior to surgery unless arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. In order to contain billing cost we ask that all accounts be paid within 60 days from the date of service. If an account goes over 60 days a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) is added to the unpaid balance.
